ACT2VEX Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ACT2VEX and participation in its brand-funded creator campaign marketplace.
Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, connecting a service, or using ACT2VEX, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate information, and be authorized to act for any organization you represent.
2. The ACT2VEX service
ACT2VEX provides tools for campaign creation, creator participation, content submission, performance verification, reward calculation, funding review, and manually administered payouts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ACT2VEX is not a bank, payment processor, employer, talent agent, or guarantor of campaign results, platform availability, eligibility, or payment.
3. Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting your credentials. You may connect third-party accounts only when you have authority to do so. You must not provide passwords, PINs, or one-time codes to ACT2VEX. Third-party platforms may change or withdraw access at any time.
4. YouTube
ACT2VEX uses YouTube API Services. By using ACT2VEX features that access YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ACT2VEX access through Google’s third-party connections page.
5. Campaigns, submissions, and rewards
Brands are responsible for lawful briefs, adequate rights, accurate claims, configured rewards, and required funding. Creators are responsible for original, lawful submissions and compliance with campaign and platform rules. Displayed rates do not guarantee earnings. Eligibility depends on the accepted campaign terms, verified metrics, content and ownership review, creator and campaign caps, available funding, and fraud or policy checks. Approval of content, approval of earnings, and payment are separate decisions.
6. Funding, fees, and payments
Campaigns do not become available to creators until required funding and activation steps are complete. Commission and funded campaign terms may become locked to protect participants and accounting records. Funding and creator payouts may be processed manually outside ACT2VEX. Users are responsible for accurate payment information and applicable taxes. Reversals or corrections may be recorded for errors, ineligible activity, fraud, refunds, or disputes.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not manipulate engagement, submit content you do not control, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, make unlawful or misleading claims, interfere with security or verification, scrape or reverse engineer the service, introduce harmful code, evade enforcement, or use ACT2VEX or connected platform data for surveillance, discrimination, or unauthorized profiling.
8. Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you own. You grant ACT2VEX a limited license to host, process, display, and evaluate submitted materials as necessary to provide, secure, and administer the service. Brands and creators must obtain all permissions required for campaign assets, music, trademarks, likenesses, claims, and published content.
9. Suspension and termination
ACT2VEX may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, platform-policy issues, or conduct that harms users or the service. You may stop using ACT2VEX and disconnect connected accounts. Provisions concerning accrued obligations, records, intellectual property, disclaimers, disputes, and liability survive where applicable.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service and third-party integrations are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ACT2VEX does not warrant uninterrupted service, continued API availability, audience performance, or campaign outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACT2VEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or third-party platforms.
11. Changes and contact
ACT2VEX may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional consent will be obtained when required. Questions may be sent to legal@act2vex.com.
